Welcome to Swim Recruit. To begin your journey toward aquatic mastery, please complete the comprehensive enquiry form. We require personal details, service preferences, and specific information regarding child information and medical history to ensure the highest safety standards. Please also provide your availability and any voucher details. Note that completion of this form includes acceptance of our terms and cancellation policy to maintain our elite service quality.

POLICIES
Cancellation Notice
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all lesson cancellations to avoid a full session charge. This allows us to reallocate our instructors efficiently across the Sydney Eastern Suburbs.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for missed sessions without appropriate notice. In cases of prolonged medical conditions, credits may be issued upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
Atendance Requirments
To maintain progress and ensure safety, consistent attendance is vital. Students are expected to be ready at their designated pool location 5 minutes prior to the start of the swim recruit session.
