CANCELLATION POLICY : Available once per monthly billing.

Notice period is calculated on office hours of 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week.

Cancellation notice received out side of this time, will result in your notice time starting when the office opens. (eg: SMS at 10.30pm for a class the next day or 6am for a class that day, your 5 hour notice period starts at 8am, when the office opens.

More than 5 hours notice for illness full credit to come off the next invoice*
Less than 5 hours notice for illness full charge with no make up*

If you have already used your cancellation quota full charges apply.
Same applies for all reasons sickness/ broken pool/ holidays.
Weather only thunder and lightening excluded.
