We are based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs working on Swim School recruitment, whether your an instructor looking for work, a swim school looking for staff or a parent looking for a private swim instructor for your home pool we can and will put you in touch with the right people. From being employed in world-class Olympic training centers in the UK to natural lake reserves in the US, with teaching experience from a vast a variety of teaching environments from across the globe. It is obvious to see that Swim Schools are constantly stressed looking for staff or parents are constantly stressed trying to stay with the same instructor or find the right time. With the bonus of being a parent of three I understand the vested interest a parent has in swim schools having good and relevantly qualified swim instructors. Having spent most of my life swimming recreationally and competitively, with over 22 years of teaching experience. Bringing a passion for swim instruction and extensive experience in both swim and diving training. |
